[LISTEN] Clock Opera - In Memory

Clock Opera are back with a brand new track, and it gives us an insight to their new album, and judging it based on what we've heard so far, it's going to be atmospheric and dark, two things that go well together! "Do I still do the things that made you fall in love?" sings Connelly, his renowned falsetto shimmering as effortlessly as ever, the minimal bass and womb-like synths gradually intertwining to create a cacophony of ambient emotion.

[LISTEN] The 1975 - Somebody Else

The 1975 have shared "Somebody Else" which is lifted from their up-coming second album "I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It" - or "ILIWYS,FYASBYSUOT" as we call it... The track effectively is a throwback track to their pre-debut album kinda work, smooth, chilled out and slightly experimental in approach.

Matty said to Zane Lowe (who premièred it) - "It’s something that talks about the guilty feelings that you don’t really like thinking about.". You can head on down and stream it, enjoy!

[LISTEN] Grace Sarah - Birdaha

The Cambridge music scene has seen a resurgence in the past few years, and the electronic scene has come along in leaps and bounds in the past 12 months alone. One of those tracks at the forefront of it all is Grace Sarah's mesmerising track "Birdaha". This is talent well beyond her years, one of the finest undiscovered vocalists I've heard for a while!

She's come a long way since I first heard her performing with her acoustic guitar, with some stunning production behind it, some stunning vocals and beautiful silky smooth synths the track has it all. This is one you can safely put on a 'Chillout' playlist and guarantee will send you into a trance. You all need to listen to Grace Sarah before she turns into the next Banks!

[LISTEN] Little May - Skeletons (Yeah Yeah Yeahs Cover)

It's not every day you see a cover of a Yeah Yeah Yeahs song pop up on Soundcloud, but that's exactly what we have here. Little May's cover of YYY's track "Skeletons" is a far cry from the origonal, it's less hectic and a lot more chilled out. Laced with smooth and delicate vocals, ambient washes of synths and stunning prodction, this is a cover that Karen O would be proud of.

[LISTEN] Aquilo - Never Seen You Get So Low

Aquilo have shared a brand new standalone-track called "Never Seen You Get So Low", which I think will be on their forthcoming début album. It's back to what they know best after the recent track "Good Girl", which was a rather oddly upbeat track compared to all of their other efforts. This is - as I'd like to put it - a lullaby for the hipsters, smooth vocals caressed with some sublime guitar lines.

Listen to it below.

[LISTEN] Folly & The Hunter - Breath

This is "Breath", the wonderful new track from Folly & The Hunter's new album, "Awake". Their tracks have a certain beauty around them, this one's a laid back track that has a certain whiff of Arcade Fire around it, think back to "The Suburbs" and the slower tracks on that LP - this is a really exciting track I heard on soundcloud today, go and check them out, it's worth the hassle!

The EP was recorded by The 1975's Matt Healy and George Daniel.

RIVRS have just served up a rather spectacular cover of Fleetwood Mac's "The Chain", they've taken out the guitars and instead have replaced it with atmospheric synths, harmonious vocals and with some beautiful break-beat drums.
