Council to remove famous 'Abbey Road Crossing' due to safety concerns

Beatles fans all across the world are in shock as the council plan to remove the famous Abbey Road crossing within the next month.

Concerns have been growing for some time at the London crossing, due to tourists being hit by traffic recreating the famous poses along the crossing. It is also said that traffic issues are increasing due to photographs constantly being taken.

Of course fans are appealing against the plans to remove the crossing, but it looks unlikely that the council’s decision will be changed.

The Manchester band Wu Lyf, who split up back in 2012, are going to do one last and proper final goodbye. The band have set aside their differences and have arranged to play a gig in Liverpool's Echo Arena on April 31st.

They're also set to release a limited run of EPs called "Demos" which features songs that they had recorded for the second album that never came.

Ticket links are not up as of yet as this is a April Fools day prank.

Yannis Philippakis to guest star on The Maccabees new album

It's no secret that Foals are going to be a bit quiet this year, but some news that came out late last night has revealed that Yannis is set to feature as guest lead vocalist on one of The Maccabees' new track.

The Foals front-man took an instagram photo of him and Hugo in the studio with the caption "about to lay down my vocals for "Hidden" #exciting". The photo has since been taken down by his management as it's suppose to be a surprise for fans, but after this we can safely say that if it does happen it will be amazing considering.

Arctic Monkeys change name to Siberian Monkeys due to lawsuit from American band

The Sheffield band are going to have to change their name from Arctic Monkeys to Siberian Monkeys due to an American 8 piece jazz fusion band claimed that they've been playing under the name for over 15 years.

This news comes as a shock to everyone as to why it took 15 years for this to come to light. Alex Turner has been quoted
"We're going to change our name, not by much, but sadly we're now going to have to re-call every album we've made to change the name on the CD/vinyl"
The last time anything like this happened on a mass recall the car maker Lancia ran out of money and went bust. This means that if it costs too much the band may split up to save costs.  "It just has to fall on April Fools day the only day in the year when I can get away with doing this" - Fred Bambridge editor of It's All Indie said. Happy April Fools day everyone!

Foals to split up after next album

Foals have announced today that they’ll go their separate ways after the next album has came out. This has come after high tensions between Jack and Yannis after a bag of (we don't know) went missing in their studio. Yannis has apparently been quoted saying “Fuck this shit, I’ll be making my own band, a band that doesn’t fight over shit”

It's still un-clear if the remaining four members will stay as 'Foals' and get a new singer or re-form to create a new band to start a “music revolution” – Jack Bevan. Jack went on to say “It’ll be the new dub-step, everyone will be playing our music, we know it, I’ve seen the future” Foals haven't got any live shows coming up, but don't be surprised if they will never play again.
