Track of the week... In Golden Tears - Urban Emotions

For once a young band does not call London or Manchester their home, in fact the four-piece arises from the same place where The Beatles once built up their reputation – the city of Hamburg. They have shared stages with Villagers, The Drums, Flashguns and many more as they build on their reputation they already have for their own music. You can hear gentle guitars nursing your ears, bass pulsing away and drums played to perfection. On top of that they bring the vocals in and you know they are set for good things... when they can actually sing!



The song is also available as a free download. On April 1st they are finally releasing their debut single "Urban Emotions" (mastered by Andrew Heppner (Bravestation) in Toronto) worldwide through Humming Records via Rough Trade Distribution, just before the boys head over to the UK for a couple of live shows. Imagine 'Spanish Sahara' with more soul, video just as good and a brilliant ending. You have to seriously watch out for them!
