We haven't posted about Wolf Alice before yet I've been listening to Ellie's debut EP on soundcloud for a while now and can't believe how amazing their latest song is!. We saw them support Peace in that crazy Cambridge gig last week and fell straight back in love with the East London band. The haunting opening to the song is a real folky opener and it makes you think that the song is like this all the way through.
Nope, at the 1min13second mark the song really takes off! The song explodes into a lovely melodic track that I can only pigeon hole as Post-Folk! It has it's dark sides to it yet you can clearly see the light guitar tones winning you over and making you a fan in an instance.
