The Vaccines to return to small bar where it all began this Sunday

The Vaccines are to make a prestigious return to the very venue that hosted their first ever gig back in 2010.

The Windmill in Brixton, a small intimate venue, that saw the band originally play to just 10 people, (one of which was Chilli from Palma Violets) will give fans an amazing, but nowadays rare opportunity, to be within touching distance of the band as they undoubtedly blast through their trademark fast-paced set filled with hits taken from their 2011 debut 'What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?' and their fantastic 2012 follow up 'Come Of Age'.

The Vaccines return to The Windmill this Sunday
Announcing the news via their Facebook page, the band, whose three years on the road will end this weekend, stated that to celebrate 'we're going to return to where it all started for us and play a gig at The Windmill in Brixton on sunday (6th of oct).'

After a year that has seen them headline the 02 and play massive festival stages where fans could only dream of getting closer due to being restricted by a metal bar 50 metres from the stage, The Vaccines have really given their fans a treat with such an intimate gig like this - a gig that will most definitely mimic some of their early ones where people had to be turned away at the door as the venue was full to capacity.

Tickets go on sale at 1pm today and will be just £10 - they can be found at http://windmillbrixton.co.uk/listings/events/6-oct-13-the-vaccines-the-windmill/

Tempted? I don't blame you.
