'Ghost Car' appears from thin air in Moscow street

In a video that's currently doing the rounds on the internet  you can see a car appear from literally no-where in the busy streets of Moscow.

The footage in the dash-cam shows the car appear as if from thin air, much like Marty McFly and Doc Brown's DeLorean, check out the footage below!
