Having only a couple of tracks available to listen to for the past two years LUPO are now back with a great new cut called "Stairway To The Stars". The Bedfordshire band unveiled the follow-up to their demo "Deadly Paradise", as you might notice when listening to the track there's a massive intro to the song and then Simon's vocals cut in and the song well and truly begins!
The instrumentation more than makes up for the wait, with Indian flavours, heavy drops towards the end of the verses and certainly at the end track and a psychedelic brood to the song it has brought the band to the attention of music fans all over the world. They're playing two shows in London in September, be sure to check them out! One of the shows is at London's world famous Old Blue Last pub and the other is at the very intimate venue in Mayfair, The Social. The track does go in and out of various genres, but versatility is something I don't hear a lot these days in new bands, be sure to check them out live, when we saw them support Wolf Alice we loved it, you will too!
Lupo Live dates in September
