Gorillaz's co-creator, artist and designer Jamie Hewlett has confirmed that the ground-breaking animated alternative computer band are returning.
In quite what capacity, the world's still fairly unsure. He began uploading some concept art to his Instagram account, and when asked if this was a harbinger of the return of 2D, Noodle, Russell and Murdoc, he succinctly replied "Yes. Gorillaz Returns."
