Jake Isaac shares video for "Home"

Jake Isaac's latest EP "Where We Belong" is available now, his new EP was released on Elton John's "Rocket Records" and he's also released the official video for "Home", the opening track from the EP. He is heading out on tour with Lucy Rose (as the main support) later on this month.
