Warpaint release first single in over two years - 'Love Is To Die'

Moments ago, LA's indie girl group Warpaint, finally released their eagerly anticipated new single 'Love Is To Die' - their first single in over two years and a single that has come a matter of hours before their UK tour is set to kick off in Glasgow's O2 ABC.

Announcing the news via their Facebook page, the American band, who first came to our attention back in 2010 with their stunning debut album 'The Fool' and who have somewhat appeared inactive creatively since it's release, simply wrote: 'Love Is To Die...Finally. Thank you, love you.' - followed by the link to the audio video.

Although confirming earlier this year that the band were finally working on the follow up to their debut, there still appears to be no concrete details in regards to the release date or title of the second album. Tonight's out of the blue announcement however may somewhat suggest that there isn't much longer to wait - and seeing as it's been near on three years now since the first, we are hoping and expecting that it will be well worth the wait.
