[LISTEN] SKIES - Drone (The Walton Hoax Remix)

Now we don't usually listen to anything on MrSuicideSheep's YouTube channel - shocker I know - because it's not exactly within our genre of preference, however today sees me head there because of SKIES. Their track "Drone" has been remixed by The Walton Hoax and has generated over 100k plays in the first day.

It's an epic and melodic remix which can easily be put on your chillout playlists, it's 100% chill and would be perfect for Netflixing to if you get my drift. Head on down to stream it!

[LISTEN] Chet Faker - Killswitch

This is "Killswitch", a Japanese bonus track on Chet Faker's début album "Built On Glass", the very same that got to #1 in the Australian album charts. This cut is much like most of his album, downtempo electronic beats combined with Chet's gorgeous vocal melodies and some brilliant keys going on in the background.

BOA share new track "Holier"

Having only being around for a mere 4 months, the Electronic band from Bristol have another astonishing track, "Holier". The track is a heart-on-your-sleeve electro-anthem for the new age, James (JS) takes over on the vocal duties here - with each song from BOA being sung by a different member - and he's actually the drummer too, just more than a pretty face right!

When the track breaks down the words "If I am the one, lead me to the place where I belong, I'll greet you like an old friend, is this the end? No" you can't help but marvel in the song-writing and composition, BOA are onto big things here!

Kagu (ex-Snakadaktal vocalist) unveils début track "Shadow of the Wind"

Sean Heathcliff, formerly of highly acclaimed Snakadaktal, has revealed his début solo track under the name Kagu. The sombre downtempo track reminds of of his former bands' b-sides, stripped back, guitar-lead night-time grooves.

Expect to hear more from him, he already seems to be signed to Liberation, he has an EP coming out in 2015 too.
