Bryan Sammis, otherwise known as Olivver the Kid (or just Olivver), is quickly living up to the nickname after deciding to leave his band The Neighbourhood and venture out on his own.

Wes period is a self-made rapper from the west coast of America, and he's released a brand new track the other day that features one of our favourite west coast musicians, Olivver.

Los Angeles-based Olivver has released a synthy new track from début EP "Freak". The old drummer of The Neighbourhood has got a massive fanbase on his side and with this latest offering he is set his sights high with a great 80's throwback track.

Olivver streams new track "Keep It Sacred"

Earlier this year Bryan Sammis left The Neighbourhood to focus on his solo output, and the results so far have proved that to be a fruitful decision. Under the name of Olivver.



And it looks like the time he's spent with the band has rubbed off on the production, slick and crisp you can easily hear is influences in this, with some great West coast vocals draping over the simplistic piano notes and processed beats.
