Want To Write/Shoot Photos For It's All Indie?

Yep it's that time again, we're looking for new writers and photographers. You'll be joining a 20+ person strong team that's all over the UK, Europe and the world.

Writers
We always strive to find the best in new music, and with the sheer amount of emails I (Fred) gets, the amount of music on YouTube and Soundcloud these days it's quite easy to find some new and exciting music.

We're after individuals who would be able to commit to at least 1 post every week, even if it's a news article, and can help us grow the blog more and more. Obviously there are lots of opportunities when it comes to live reviews - you'll go to a gig for free and write a review up, who can't say that's not bad! Also we go to festivals too and review them. Not to mention advanced streams of exciting new albums and EPs, the world is your oyster to be honest!

We give a comprehensive guideline to all new writers, so if you wanna give it a shot head on down below!


Photographers
We've recently shot The 1975, The Hunna, Eagles of Death Metal (below), The Wombats, Circa Waves,, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Cage the Elephant, Panic at the Disco!, Telegram, Swim Deep, Vant, Bully and festivals such as Y Not, Citadel and much more!

We're on the lookout for new photographers to join our team. We've got people all over the UK, Portugal and Germany. See our 'albums' section on our facebook page for all of them!

We're looking to get as many people as possible, so please don't hesitate about emailing us, we're looking for people with a great eye for a epic shot - as can be seen from the photos below.

If you could send an email to fred@itsallindie.com with the subject title as 'IAIPHOTOS" then we can chat there. We've got a dedicated section to our team that handles photography and all you need to do is to drop us an email with the following...

1. Your name, age and Location  
2. A list of bands you've shot for - with links
3. Why you'd like to shoot for It's All Indie
4. Who you'd love to shot the most if you could

The Horrors confirm completion of fourth album

Banishing the curse of the difficult third album, 2011's 'Skying' was released to critical acclaim and helped to put The Horrors on the pedestal that they deserve to be on. Now, just under three years on, the Southend five piece have finally given fans the closure they have so eagerly been awaiting.  

Talking exclusively on Zane Lowe's Radio 1 show last night, frontman Faris Badwan confirmed the albums completion and admitted naming their creation is always the hardest part of the process. He said: "The record is finished now - we're deciding on a running order and the artwork.'' He went onto add: ''The hardest thing of all is coming up with the name - it's a nightmare, and it's the worst part of being in a
band, or at least the most time consuming."

The follow up to 'Skying' is now complete

Badwan, who along with his band will play the first BBC 6 Music Festival later this month, also admitted that he has finally managed to obtain what he has always wanted from an album."I would honestly say it's my favourite record we've done because I feel like we finally got close to what we actually wanted from the songs... I'm happy with it, I'm really happy with it."

The band will also hit the road to promote the album - although dates and venues are yet to be confirmed. "As a band we love touring, it's very much central to our records, we write the songs to be played live," he said. "So we're going to be performing as much as we can over the next couple of years."
