Introducing... The Wild Mercury Sound

The Wild Mercury Sound are: Ashley Cooper (drums), Benji Compston (vocals, guitar), Johnny Lillis (guitar) & Jonny Allan (bass). 'Miss Frost' introduced the London band to the wider public following a year of low key shows topped off with two sell outs at London’s Barfly! With praise from Steve Lamacq they've shot up the hot-lists overnight, I can really see them catching onto the (so called) guitar revival and help push the genre of 'Rock' back into the mainstream, they latest single is astonishingly stunning!



The Wild Mercury Sound follow début single ‘Miss Frost’ (October 2011) with new single ‘Slow’, due for release on 26th March 2012 via Cartoon Records ‘Slow’ was produced by Peter Miles (Dry The River, King Blues) and is a taster for the band’s début album, due in Summer 2012.
