'September' had it's worldwide début last week and we've been all over it ever since we heard it. The Brooklyn-based Electro-Pop band are preparing a new LP for Columbia and Neon Gold; it'll be out early next year and is being executive produced by James Iha (The Smashing Pumpkins). The duo have remixed everyone from Morning Parade and Foster The People via Passion Pit, and this is their first song off the new album!
The track itself is a highly catchy song, the duo have managed to give the Electro-Pop track Danceable and Tropical both at the same time, this is a track I can see lots of DJs putting into their sets. The song is over 5 and a half minutes long which is plenty of time to bask in it's glory. If this is their first song off the album to be released then I am sure that the album is going to be the best of it's genre in 2012!
