Tech Review... Technics RP-DH1200

With Christmas around the corner we're testing some headphones out. The Technics RP-DH1200 boast a stylish look, extras such as a DJ headphone jack (as well as the usual 3.5mm jack), a leather carry bag, and on the box it says it gives you "A true sound experience" -  lets see!

The good:
  • VERY good quality bass
  • Great highs and lows - just as good listening to an acoustic song as it is a harder track
  • Great grip - I was rocking out and they didn't fall off!

The bad:
  •  They're a chunky pair of headphones - some may not like
Things to consider ... The price may be around the £80 to £150 mark, but you are paying for quality not the knock-off Beats headphones you find all over place. Honestly, what would you prefer, to spend an extra £30 on something that will last and has some amzing sound coming out from it, or to be a cheapo and buy some crackly headphones that'll last as long as a Tokyo Police Club song? Easy right!

The Technics RP-DH1200 have really impressed me today, shame I have to post them back, I'd rock them the whole time if I had a pair!

Out of 10:
8/10

Tracks I listened to while reviewing
  • Lucy Rose - Shiver
  • Bloc Party - Positive Tension
  • Bombay Bicycle Club - Carry Me
  • Digitalism - Forrest Gump
  • Dive In - Let Go (Lovelife Remix)
