Gig Review… COSBY @ Munich Rocks, Ampere, 2nd October 2014

You probably agree that there aren't many things better than free concerts. When the band you get to see are the focus of regional attention and hype it just makes things even better.
So on October 2nd we headed to Munich's Ampere to see Cosby perform. The synth pop group took to the stage as one of three bands performing at "Munich Rocks" band evening. They kicked off their set with their impressive current single "Boon and Bane", which you can watch here:

The Munich band continued with songs from their current EP "Love And War", showcasing their sound which I'd place somewhere between Claire and Chvrches. The venue seemed to get fuller with every song, and as the evening progressed singer Marie Kobylka seemed to relax and warm to the crowd, eventually beckoning them towards the stage.

Cosby's set was a lot of fun to watch and, judging by the interest they are currently attracting, I think it's safe to say that these young musicians are going places. Keep an eye out for them.
