[LISTEN] Exit Earth - Ten Cups

Brand new label Healthy Eating Records are delivered again - after the garage rock tones of Cigs and Sarnies from Leeds based Chest Pains, they've given us something a bit more soft and gentle; but don't fear, this is a stunning track.

Ten Cups by Exit Earth is the latest track from the enigmatic band from Stratford-Upon-Avon. It's a delightful, eerie song that retains the raw, DIY sound that Healthy Eating Records seem to be looking for, and it's something a bit different.

It's a song packed with nostalgia; remember 90's indie? Exit Earth seem to take a lot of inspiration from Pixies and Smashing Pumpkins, the eerie feel of Where Is My Mind? with the angst and sound of Cherub Rock. It's an interesting mix for sure, and worth a listen for anyone who loves 90's indie music.

It's dark and atmospheric, yet simple and raw. It's a really good introduction to the mixtape that Healthy Eating Records are bringing out and it has us excited for the rest of the compilation.
